What to expect
Comprehensive Assessment:
Your assessment may take up to an hour depending on the complexity of your condition.
Dress Comfortably:
Please dress appropriately for your appointment, considering that you may be asked to undress to enable your physiotherapist to examine the affected area. If applicable, bring running or sports shoes for assessment purposes.
Accompanied Support:
You are welcome to bring a companion with you during your treatment session if you prefer.
Convenient Payment Options:
Payment is required on the day of your treatment and can be made via card or cash. Alternatively, you have the option to pay online prior to your session. All payment details will be conveniently sent to you via email before your appointment.
Insurance
Reimbursement
We are recognised by most major insurance companies, including BUPA, AXA, Aviva & WPA to name a few.
Please contact your Insurance Provider prior to booking your assessment, if they have a contract with us they will provide you with an authorisation number – this will enable us to bill your provider for your treatment sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours when cancelling your appointment, failure to do so will result in the full session cost being charged to your account
